The name and logos from Orion Startup (hereon “Orion Trademark”) are owned by Orion and may be used without express permission from Orion in the following cases: (a) Startups in Orion Portfolio for their social networks or websites; (b) strategic allies and service providers for their social networks or websites; (c) founders of portfolio companies for their website or social networks; (d) mentors who are part of our mentors network for their social networks or websites.
If you do not belong to any of the above categories you must request permission through an email explaining the intended use of Orion Trademark, such email should be sent to the following address: legal@orionstartups.com.
The Site may display marks or images of other companies, which may be registered by their respective owners, who may or may not allow the use of the mark or image. No provision in these terms and conditions shall be construed as constituting consent without prior notice of license to use any non-Orion marks or images displayed on the Site.
By becoming part of our mentor network, you authorize Orion to use, edit, publish, disseminate or distribute your testimonials and other information you provide to us, except for personal or sensitive data, in any printed or electronic media, including but not limited to present and future social networks. When providing a business plan, financial statements or other confidential materials and information, we are not responsible for protecting such information from misuse or disclosure in the absence of a confidentiality agreement duly signed by Orion's legal representative(s) and the owner of such information. Any financial information, business plan or other materials provided to Orion may be used for research and statistical purposes, the owner of the information will remain anonymous at all times. The applicable law, both adjective and substantive, shall be that in force for the State of Chihuahua, or failing that, that of the Mexican Federation.
